Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
